Signum Virtutis Prizes are delivered based on the scores received by tourism professionals such as travel agents, hoteliers, restaurateurs or managers of airlines, which has been open during three months for voting. Then a panel of experts, led by the founder and president of the organization, Khalil El-Mouelhy, prepares a selection of nominees.
